What cleaning products do you usually use?

The products which we use are products in which are completely damage free to your office. Before cleaning we make sure you are happy with the industrial cleaning products we choose to clean your space.

How long does it usually take?

The time which our cleaners take is also heavily dependent on the size of the job. We like to maintain our high standards so we like to ensure its not simply an ‘in’ and ‘out’ job.

Is it possible to arrange scheduled visits?

How do I pay for the service?

We accept bank transfer, BACS, Go Cardless or Stripe.  If you are paying for a one off clean and invoice will be sent within 48 hours of your clean with full payment instructions.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment?

No, all of our cleaners will arrive with all the relevant cleaning equipment they will need to complete the clean.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

If you are using our regular cleaning service then a regular cleaner will be assigned to your clean and any changes to this will be communicated in advance.

Can my cleaner come when I’m at work?

Yes, we can book in our cleaners anytime it is convenient for you.
